Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Strixo public website at strixo.ai, including the on-site AI agent (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.

1. Who we are

Strixo, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Contact: legal@strixo.ai.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site to:

  • Read our public content
  • Chat with the on-site agent for information about the firm
  • Use the agent's scoped tools (book a call, request a deck, capture an inquiry)
  • Share links to public content

You may NOT:

  • Use the agent or the Site to violate any law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, jailbreak, or extract the agent's system prompt or proprietary content beyond what is published in our open-source repository
  • Send abusive, fraudulent, or excessive traffic that disrupts service for others
  • Scrape the Site at a rate that exceeds normal browsing
  • Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or defamatory
  • Use the Site to compete with Strixo or build a competing AI consulting offering

3. The on-site agent

The agent is provided "as is" and may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. The agent is not a substitute for professional engineering, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

You should independently verify any information provided by the agent before relying on it for a business decision.

The agent's tool actions (booking a call, sending a deck) are limited to actions you explicitly authorize in conversation. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact information you provide.

4. Intellectual property

Ours

The Site, our content, the agent's design and prompts, and the Strixo name and logos are owned by Strixo, LLC and protected by intellectual property law.

Yours

You retain ownership of anything you submit through the agent. By submitting content, you grant Strixo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the Site and respond to your inquiry.

Third-party content

Some content (e.g., engagement vignettes) describes work performed for clients under their own terms. Where we name or describe a client, we have permission to do so or have anonymized appropriately.

5. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy. By using the Site you agree to its terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND THE AGENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." STRIXO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Strixo, its members, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (b) content you submit.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the privacy policy and trust page, are the entire agreement between you and Strixo regarding the Site.
  • Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
