3. How we use it

To answer your questions, follow up on inquiries, improve our content, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not train AI models on your data.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate the site and respond to inquiries, under written confidentiality. Authorities when required by valid legal process. We do not share personal data for advertising.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Conversation transcripts are retained for limited operational windows. Aggregated analytics with no personal information may be retained indefinitely.

6. International transfers

If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred there. We rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) with each provider.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.

California residents have the same rights under CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

8. Cookies

The cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Essential cookies cannot be turned off.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We post material changes here with a new effective date.
